Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
ART is a structured psychotherapy using guided eye movements and imagery-based techniques for distressing memories and reactions. It does not require a detailed verbal retelling of the experience.
Private-pay ART
90-minute session
Usually scheduled Fridays. No separate intake appointment is required for the private-pay pathway; clinical appropriateness is still reviewed.
