Privacy Policy
This page describes privacy practices for the public website. It is separate from PCW’s clinical Notice of Privacy Practices.
Website information
Parlor City Wellness, LCSW, P.C. operates parlorcitywellness.com. The web host may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and server logs.
Appointment request form
The form is intentionally limited to contact information, date of birth for client appointment requests, broad service interest, preferred contact method, and general availability. Do not submit diagnoses, treatment history, insurance information, crisis messages, or other clinical information through the public website.
Cookies
The appointment form uses a short-lived session cookie for security functions such as CSRF protection. It is not used for advertising.
Analytics and advertising
The public website does not install advertising pixels or third-party analytics by default. If analytics, chat, advertising, or additional scheduling services are added later, this policy should be reviewed and updated.
Clinical privacy
Clinical records and protected health information are governed by the practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable law. Sensitive information should be handled through approved secure systems.
