New clients · Parlor City Wellness

Starting therapy should feel straightforward.

You do not need to explain your entire situation online. Begin with basic contact and scheduling information; clinical details belong in the secure care process.

What happens next

A simple three-step process.

1. Send a basic request

Provide contact information, date of birth for client requests, service interest, preferred contact, and broad availability. Do not send clinical history or insurance details.

2. Confirm the next step

PCW responds about availability and the appropriate scheduling pathway.

3. Complete secure paperwork

When appropriate, clinical forms, consent documents, scheduling, and telehealth move to TherapyNotes.
